Constipation??????????????????… - free patty cake stream
Breakfast
Frosted 1 cup shredded wheat cereal (180 calories) and 1 hard boiled egg
or
1 / 2 cup rolled oats
4 ounces skim milk
Water, tea or coffee without sugar
Snack
1 orange (fresh)
1 stick of mozzarella string cheese (80 calories)
Lunch
1 cup fat-free vegetable barley soup (with Valley Health, 90 calories)
Open Sandwich:
1 slice 100% whole grain bread (New England Brown Bread, 90 calories)
1 slice tomato
2 v. soup. Hummus (52 calories)
1 cup skim milk 8 ounces
Snack
1 container of yogurt with low fat organic Peachy (Stonyfield Farm, 130 calories)
Dinner
2 cakes of vegetables ( "slices", Morningstar Farms, 260 calories)
2 cups salad
Water, tea or coffee without sugar or diet soda
I know that there is no meat, because they do not eat meat. However, in recent times i'v been bloc ked. I bought some dried figs, which I ate before, but arING work. So I thought I was not enough fat in my diet. So now I take 3 tablespoons of oil (maximum) every night before bed. and nothing. Why am I so constipated? This is not the fiber that is the problem ...

Tip: should sports. You can walk or swim or cardio work, but I'm not sure if weight lifting helps.
My girlfriend used to have constipation all the time.
And I hated it. Mainly because he complained the whole time.
A friend told him about it. It seemed to help.
